Coaching FAQs

  • Most people report an improved mindset, significant career success, stronger relationships, reduced stress, a deeper sense of fulfillment, better work and relationship boundaries, and improved physical fitness. Ultimately, however, the benefits you see will depend on what you choose to focus on with your coach. You coach will work closely with you to set and achieve your specific goals.

  • Most people meet with their coach for 30 minutes each week. This cadence helps people gain momentum toward their goals. Please let us know if you're interested in meeting more or less frequently.

  • Before your first call, we’ll send you a short survey link and a guide to getting the most out of your coaching calls. Answering these questions will help us understand your values, your goals, and the challenges you’re facing. It’s ok if you don’t have clarity around your goals or challenges yet because your coach will help you develop that clarity.

  • Absolutely. Every person is different and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to coaching. Our program is designed to help you achieve certain high-level milestones, but you decide how much you want to focus on each challenge or opportunity you're facing. Just communicate how you'd like to spend your time with your coach beforehand so you can get the most out of your time together.
